Description

We work with the Materials Science and Engineering community in the UK, identifying the different types of tutorials being used in various institutions.

Using this information we try to discover the benefits and challenges within these tutorials. The aim is to produce useful guidelines for those interested in the best practice in tutorials.

We are currently working with 10 UK institutions but are keen to expand this and help create an enthusiasts network worldwide. This initiative is being led by Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine with the following partner institutions.

  • Queen Mary, University of London
  • University of Bath
  • University of Birmingham
  • University of Cambridge
  • University of Liverpool
  • University of Sheffield Hallam
  • University of Southampton
  • University of Surrey
  • University of Wolverhampton
